Kathleen (Kate) Wyatt

Kate is currently working full time for a global technology provider working with ISO 9000 and process improvement methodologies. She is a graduate of Immaculata University with a BA in Organizational Dynamics. Kate has lived in Cape May for over fifteen years with her husband, Jim who is a member of the Cape May Fire Police. She has a daughter who is a pediatrician, a son who is a Police Officer, and a son who is High School Health/Phys Ed and Lacrosse Coach and a Cape May Lifeguard for 15 years. She has four grandchildren. Kate is President of the TPA Board and a member for many years.

Peter Iurato

Mr. Iurato is a former Councilman and School Board Trustee for 25 years. He also served on a Zoning Board for 15 years. He is currently on the Cape May Zoning Board and has served on the Board for three years. Pete is currently a Board Member and Treasurer of the TPA.

Audrey Conant

Audrey has been an interpreter for Mid Atlantic Center for the Arts (MAC) for ten years. She is active with the Friends of the Nature Center of Cape May and an Associate Naturalist. She is a graduate of Junior College and Business School. She served on the Jenkintown, Pa School Board, Girl Scout Leader, and owned a gift shop business. Audrey lived in Owosso, Mi. serving on the Zoning Board, YWCA Board, and the Shiawassee Foundation Board. She has two daughters—both elementary school teachers; one in Lower Township and the other in Lancaster, Pa. and a son in the retail business in Manhattan. Audrey has six grandchildren and presently TPA Recording Secretary for many years.

Thomas H. Atherton

Tom has been a homeowner in Cape May for 25 years and he and his wife Barbara plan on becoming fulltime residents next year. He is a member of the Cottagers Board and serves on the Civic Affairs committee and is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts. Tom's business background has been in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries in senior international marketing positions and recently retired as a partner in a company serving both industries for 25 years. Tom has a B.S. from Fordham University and a MBA from New York University.

Dagmer Chew

Dagmer resides in Cape May with her husband Rusty. Rusty is a Cape May Police Sergeant and local volunteer fireman for the past 28 years. Dagmer and Rusty were married in 1978 and choose to live, work and raise their children in Cape May. Their two grown children Betsy, her husband Tim and their son Mickey have just recently re-located from the West Coast back to their hometown. Dagmer is a lifelong resident of Cape May; her children are fifth generation natives. Dagmer has been the Broker owner of HomeStead Real Estate Company since 1997, located in West Cape May. Prior to her Real Estate career Dagmer was involved and employed in the local restaurant, management, and service industry for over 20 years. Dagmer is an active member of the community currently serving on the board of trustees for Cape May Stage, MLS director for Cape May County Association of Realtors and the Cape May Taxpayers Association. Dagmer considers living in Cape May a privilege and has always loved the Cape May lifestyle of beach filled summers and cozy, more contemplative winters. Being a member of the taxpayers association and serving on the board of directors is just another way Dagmer is able to give back to the community she loves.

Dennis Crowley

Mr. Crowley retired from public service in 2005. He formerly held the positions of Director of Policy for the Office of the New Jersey State Attorney General for 1986 to 2005. He previously served as Legislative Liaison for the NJ Department of Education, Associate Director for the New Jersey School Boards Association, and as a teacher and public school administrator in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Crowley also served for five years as Vice President of the Washington Twp (GLO) Board of Education. He holds a BA from LaSalle University and an MA from Rowan University. Mr. Crowley and his wife, Nancy, have been taxpayers in Cape May since 1998.

Kevin Maloney

Kevin is a full time Sr. Staff Engineer working for Lockheed Martin Corp. and a former manager in GE’s Astrophysics & Dynamics Group. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with an MS in Computer Sciences. Kevin & his wife Sandy have been active in the Community since 1981 and really love Cape May! They have been volunteers for the Mid Atlantic Center for the Arts (MAC), the Audubon Nature Center, co-Founder’s of Cape May’s Film Festival and Home Owner Association Board Members.

Steve Todd

Steve vacationed in Cape May in the 1950’s with family. He graduated from Drexel University with a BS in Commerce and Engineering with a major in accounting. Steve moved to Cape May in 1971 after acquiring a business in Rio Grande. Steve, with wife Charlotte, raised two children who both graduated from Lower Regional, after attending Cape May Elementary School. The Todd family joined the Corinthian Yacht Club and learned to sail and enjoy the sport to this day. Steve was appointed by Mayor Minnix to the Planning Board in the 70’s and 80’s, and has been on the Zoning Board, since the 90s. In the 80’s, Steve was elected to the Lower Regional School Board. After Steve’s term was over, he learned to play tennis and is still active in the Cape May Tennis Club.

Robert (Bob) Steenrod

Bob retired from Campbell Soup Company after a 36-year, very rewarding, and successful sales and marketing career. Highlights include assistant to the President, Director of Retail Operations, Director of Marketing, Division Manager, and Director of Training. Additionally, he successfully managed public relations, promotion, and advertising agency interactions for the Soup Strategic Business unit as well as other divisions of the company. Bob has been an Adjunct Professor at St. Joseph’s University for the past 14 years. He has taught at both the Graduate and undergraduate level. Bob also served on the Barrington NJ Board of Education for 12 years, 6 as President. Bob and his wife Linda reside in Cape May where they operate the Dog Friendly Billmae Cottage. Bob serves on the Tourism commission, Historic Preservation Commission, President of The Chamber of Commerce and also serves as a Director of the Cape May Taxpayers Association.

William (Bill) Murray

William Murray has been a homeowner in Cape May for twenty-five years and a permanent resident for the past four years. He is a vice-president of The Cottager’s Association. He is also a member of the Cape May Revitalization Committee and is the chair of the Parking and Traffic Subcommittee. Bill has undergraduate and graduate degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated from Villanova University School of Law and has been engaged in the practice of law for more than thirty years. Bill is presently Of Counsel with the Philadelphia law firm of Duane Morris, LLP.

Julius B. Rauch III(JULES)

Julius B. Rauch III(JULES), and wife Beverly purchased their home on New York Avenue 4 years ago, after living in Cape May Point for 25 years. Originator and former partner in the John F. Craig House B&B on Columbia Avenue, former owner of 666 Washington St.(Finer Fines Antiques), members for over 20 years of Corinthian Yacht Club of Cape May, Cape May Beach Club,and Cape May Cottagers Association. Jules was an active community participant, former member of the Downingtown Rotary Club, Founding President Caln Township Business and Professional Association, PA Outstanding 1st Year JAYCEE, Executive Director of a regional economic development agency, Director, PA Economic Development Council, member Delaware Valley Council, Air Pollution Committee; Owner and Broker of a multi-office PA real estate company real estate developer, builder and managing partner of numerous real estate partnerships. Educated at Wm Penn Charter School, Franklin & M arshall College, U of Oklahoma, Industrial Development Institute. Winter resident of Longboat Key, Florida, and professional tournament inshore saltwater fisherman.
