- Budget about completed
- Still waiting auditor
- Jan. 15th - meeting follow
- Current funds, health facilities & water/sewer - complete 3rd
week in January
- Cove Dune - reconfigured - profile reduced
- Match height of dune i.e. Lower Twp
- Contact awarded - 60 to 90 days before work will be done
- Beach tag Sales - did not have numbers - $15 - March 31st - will
go in to this year’s figures

Committee Reports:
1) Dennis Crawley - Education Committee
- Committee felt should meet with some of the players - School
Board - TPA facilitate discussion money spent, money carried - we
have interest & ask questions
- Apprehensive at first - studying our work draft - going to
review & report Jan 11th
- Committee pleased with TPA approach School Board requested this
subject with CMES be separate from LCMR - we should search for some
solutions
2) Hugh McCauley - Revitalization Committee
- Mall sub committee meeting not enough people to really have a
meeting - Did not find contract values at City Hall. When committee
meets - discuss likes & dislikes
- Committee still going to involve the town ie. Discussions
- Revitalization Committee also sending a survey to community on
issues of Convention Hall, Mall, etc.
2a) Hugh McCauley – Revitalization - Convention Hall Sub Committee
- Bob Steenrod - suggested we send out a survey in our Membership
letter
- TPA will send the Convention Hall survey to all taxpayers
- City 12/20 - 9:00 Meeting; hopes to have survey questions ready;
Lou will share their survey with us - 1 page - yes or no - 15
questions
- Action going to be taken by Hugh & Bob; final survey for our
January meeting
2b) Bill Murray – Revitalization - Parking & Traffic Sub Committee
- Identified 4 areas - Meeting January 19th - 1:00 PM Initial
interest areas
3) Bob Steenrod (COAH)
- Read manual - until Planning Board makes a plan - not a lot to
report on yet
- Must hear back from Scangerello
- Manual says carry over liability from Phase II
4) Dagmer Chew/Kate Wyatt - Technical Committee
- Finalized update for website this A.M.. - (12/15/06)
- Mailing tool $300/ year
- Budget report from Jack Wichterman for January Meeting
New Business
1) Dennis - TPA Editorial Column - Star & Wave
- Board comments subject matter & length;Second draft will be sent
to Board
2) 2007 Proposed TPA
- Budget - approved by Board
3) Jan. TPA Activities
- Winter newsletter will go out 2/15; Membership renewals - draft
to Kate by 2nd week in January
- Review City budget
- New meeting agenda - adding second public session
