Meeting Minutes December 16,
2005: Call to Order by Rich Reinhart; Pledge of
Allegiance. The minutes were read and approved.

Committee Reports:
East Cape May: Dagmer Chew – email database – nothing to
report Cape May Elementary School - Rich Juliano – (reporting for Pete
Iurato) CMES Education Foundation made a verbal request for a copy of
our TPA mailing list consensus of board – No – reluctant to give to
public.
Revitalization Committee: Rich Juliano – Mall – put electric
boxes behind fences between Ocean Streets and Decatur + Jackson Streets.
Convention Hall and Parking – Council to make decision. First meeting in
January; estimation of monies; where it is coming from and where it is
going. Tony Williams made a motion that we form a committee to get
information pertaining to Convention Hall. Bob Steenrod - Chairman; Kate
Wyatt wants a copy of Mr. Johnson’s report on Convention Hall and
possibilities.
Membership: COCA –– 2% of tax – Bill Smigo Christmas party
last COCA meeting
Technology: Rich Reinhart – 200 visits per month over the last
six months – half were revisits
Lower Cape May Regional: Tony Williams, Rich , Rich and Tony
met after Gagliardi’s meeting and determined that council should
encourage school boards to move along and endorse our board to dissolve
– then West Cape May. Rich Reinhart to send a letter in support.
Rich Reinhart sent a letter to board members requesting advancer copy of
Gagliardi’s report.
Newsletter: Determined acknowledgement or thank you
should be sent to member when dues are paid.
New Business:
Anita Dierck – as a guest speaking on Cape May future – consensus
was “no”, that an "official" Spokesperson should be used.
Tony Williams – resolution thanking Rich Townsend for all his
assistance with Lower Cape May Regional
Meeting Adjourned at 5:35 PM
