July 15, 2005: Call to Order by Rich Juliano at Cape May City Hall; Ed Hutchinsons resignation letter was read by Rich Juliano; June minutes were approved by Tony Williams & Rich Reinhart; Pledge of Allegiance.

LCMR COMMITTEE: Tony Williams - The report is due in next month with Attorney Vito Gagliardi There will be a public meeting by Sept 15th; Mayor Inderwies contacted West Cape May Mayor has not come up with their agenda as yet; A letter was sent asking for their support.
MEMBERSHIP: Bill Smigo - The membership list has been made up 666 houses 1112 members; Sample of postcards we will send to everyone that has sent in their dues an acknowledgement!
2% TAX DISTRIBUTION: Rich Juliano -Hotels, motels, Accommodation tax: March $21,332 / April $40,600
CITY COUNCIL MEETING: Joe Steady - No changes no work session.
EAST CAPE MAY DEVELOPMENT: Dagmer Chew - Nothing to report.
TECHNOLOGY/COMMUNICATIONS: Rich Reinhart - There is a problem with messages from members to the President. Kate Wyatt will accept all messages.

School Board Meeting July 14th
187 enrollment end of June;
Recommendation- lower tuition rate per student to boost number of students;
Contract teachers 4.50% - 2004 2005 ended in June;4.25 next 2 years
Education Foundation August 15th 11:15 am
Help funding in areas necessary looking for more people
CONVENTION HALL: Rich Juliano - Johnson Engineering Co report presented in August; Latest report and council will discuss.
