FEMA Presentation, Bill Murray introduced the Avalon guests:

After the presentation there were several comments about the growth of Avalon and the great cooperation between its businesses and homeowners.
Jack Wichterman asked Ellenberg if the merchants were assessed for the new sidewalks and the answer was "no.
On a motion by Jack Wichterman and second by Jules Rauch, Kevin Maloney was named to the board.
