Last spring, if you attended the
bid meetings for the Construction of the new Convention Hall,
you may have heard that the “promenade” or “sea wall “ would be
open(ed) for the construction. This caused a great deal of
concern for many residents who were in the city during the storm
of 1962. Harry Bellangy has provided a bit of history that you
