We're delighted to report on the Member Survey this Spring. We asked how Cape May should spend the additional revenue derived from the Room Tax.

We gave four options: Tax Relief; Tourism; Infrastructure; Other

And you responded! We received 318 surveys back from 590 households. And you were very fair and even-handed - not all clamoring for tax relief. Specifically:

   40% TaxRelief;
   39% Infrastructure;
   19% Tourism;
     3% Other

Most often mentioned as important areas to address were:

   Parking;
   Restroom Facilities;
   Road Improvement;
   Mall Refurbishment
